No. MALINA FZ LLE is a social casino: every game runs on Boreal Berries, a fictional virtual currency with no monetary value. You cannot deposit, wager, or receive real money here. Everything is designed purely for entertainment.

Can I withdraw money from my account?

There is nothing to withdraw, because no real money ever enters the platform. Boreal Berries cannot be converted into cash, goods, or anything of value outside the site. No gambling services are provided, no cash prizes, no financial rewards.

Can I win real prizes?

How do I get Boreal Berries?

You receive 1,000 Berries the moment you register, plus a free daily top-up every time you come back. Membership plans — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP — add larger monthly allowances on top. There is no way to run out permanently.

Do Boreal Berries expire?

Your Berry balance does not expire while your account remains active. If an account stays dormant for a very long period we may reset the balance, as described in our Terms, but the free daily top-up restores play instantly whenever you return.

Can I buy Boreal Berries directly?

No. Berries are never sold individually and carry no price tag. Membership plans include a monthly Berry allowance among other perks, but the Berries themselves remain fictional credits with no monetary value whatsoever.

Can I transfer Berries to another player?

No. Berries are tied to your personal account and cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or sold. This keeps the experience fair for everyone and prevents any grey-market value from forming around a purely fictional currency.

What happens when my balance reaches zero?

Nothing bad. Simply claim your next free daily top-up, or take a break until it becomes available. A zero balance is a natural pause, not a loss — there is nothing to recover and nothing to chase.

Do membership plans renew automatically?

Yes, plans renew monthly by default so your perks are not interrupted. You can disable renewal or switch between Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP at any time from your account settings, and the change takes effect at the end of the current period.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Cancel in a few clicks from your account settings, with no questions asked and no cancellation fees. You keep your perks until the end of the current period, and afterwards your account simply continues on the free tier.

Is membership mandatory to play?

No. A free account gives you access to every game, your 1,000 welcome Berries, and the daily top-ups. Paid plans — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP — are optional extras for players who want bigger allowances and cosmetic perks.

How do I register?

Click Join free, enter your email address, choose a username and password, confirm that you are 18 or older, and accept the Terms. The whole process takes about a minute, and your 1,000 welcome Berries are credited immediately.

Do I need to verify my email address?

Yes. After registration we send a confirmation link to your address, and clicking it fully activates your account. Verification protects you: it proves the account is really yours and lets us help you recover it if you ever lose access.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page and we will send a secure reset link to your registered email address. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@malinafz.com.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, at any time. Send a request to support@malinafz.com and our team will close the account and erase your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and includes your Berry balance and play history.

Is my personal data safe?

We collect only what is needed to run your account, protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, and never sell it to anyone. Full details, including your rights of access and erasure, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Can I change my username?

Yes. You can edit your display name from your account settings, as long as the new name is not already taken and respects our community standards. Your login email stays the same unless you ask support to change it.

Am I allowed to have multiple accounts?

No. One person, one account. Duplicate accounts distort community events and are removed when detected. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support instead of creating a new one — we will help you recover it.
